REVIEWS

Fraser has helped me massively over the last few months. His kind, compassionate, empathic and proactive style is one I gelled with immediately. He holds very professional but friendly space where I feel very comfortable to share any challenges I’m facing. I’m very grateful.
Fraser has been my therapist for several years, his expert guidance and support has, and continues to be of immeasurable help. Fraser has been able to support me with individualised therapy and has always been flexible, accommodating the fluctuations in both my need for support, and the frequency of my sessions. Although sometimes difficult I have never regretted seeking help and would recommend Psychology Scotland to anyone who was considering therapy.
I approached Psychology Scotland during a time in my life when I felt lost, confused and unsure of who I was following a health scare. Fraser was able to help me process and heal a lot of trauma I was unaware was there. He has an amazing way of making you feel safe, comfortable and trusting while going through a tough, difficult process to healing.

Unit 14, 3 Dalsetter Ave, Glasgow G15 8TG, United Kingdom
What We Offer:

All the materials we share on this site are geared towards self-care and self-management. They do not replace professional advice but offer something that may help when there are storms in the sea of life and promote well-being tips, so perhaps some storms can be avoided or minimised. Our aim is to work with others including the voices of lived experience to help build a kinder world where people suffer less, have improved well-being, share learning for others to adopt and adapt, recognise life can be challenging and seek to develop and share tools to help manage the challenges which can be overcome and reduce the impact of challenges which have no immediate solution. Together we can build a world where perhaps people suffer less.
