Jim and Ryan were great from start to finish. Really responsive and explained everything they were doing in a good level of detail, and they got the job done quickly and efficiently too (despite the additional hurdle of a missing earth wire cropping up!). Great value for money and two good guys – would recommend highly and will certainly go to them should I need any further jobs doing!
Our 1930s semi needed a total rewire. Jim and Ryan worked so hard, dealing with unexpected problems efficiently and without fuss. They definitely went the extra mile. I highly recommend.

Liam was magic from start to finish. We are first time buyers – he did a full survey and was very patient in talking us through different issues and didn’t try to take advantage of our ignorance. He gave us different options to choose from in moving and removing sockets for our utility room refit, and completed work to a high spec. He also stepped in at the last minute to finish off the electrical aspect of an emergency boiler repair. Liam was on time, courteous, and very clean, and we would recommend him to everyone.
I cannot recommend Niche Electrical enough. Liam has done 3 jobs for us now and we have been very happy with each one. He did an excellent job of the lights he fitted, changing one from hanging to flush against the ceiling. Also leaves your house absolutely spotless when he is finished. Would 100% recommend-

Liam has recently completed all electrical work for us relating to a new kitchen install. Nothing was a problem even (when I decided to add extra electrical work at the last minute) and his approachable manner made communicating so easy. Had a power cut, called for an electrician. David talked us through some possible solutions over the phone and via WhatsApp. When it wasn’t resolved he advised us it was a power cut and to contact Scottish Power. David could have come out and charged a fee to reach the same conclusion but due to his professionalism and trustworthiness, gave us that information over the phone with no charge. Highly recommended and will use in future.

First instance they where happy to just give advice free over the phone, they where not pushy but due to this I got them in for a small job of moving an alarm sensor which they did quickly and efficiently.

Had a power outage at 7pm on a Friday night. Tried a few supposed 24 hour services and none could help or replied. David texted me back straight away and although he was out on another job, he was happy to help via text. I sent him a couple of pictures and he was able to advise and help and get my power restored. A life saver. Thanks so much. Chris
