The service and professionalism was commendable! I needed a oil and filter change and they efficiently arranged everything. They also had the car cleaned, which Macklin Motors didn’t even do for me last time. Could not fault them! Great garage.

I would like to congratulate all at Phillips Garage for finally getting to the bottom of an ongoing fault which has plagued my Audi A7 for the last 6 months or so. Intermittent power loss diagnosed and repaired following several visits to other garages including an Audi main dealer. Over £2k later in various diagnostics and incorrect part replacements at the other garages, Craig resolved it in one visit for just over £300.
The staff are lovely, polite and welcoming. Carrie in reception was very helpful and gave me full brief of the process and expected timescales. Craig is very knowledgeable and went through any work needing done. They both kept me informed throughout. They carried out work to an exceptional standard and at a competative price.
This is the best garage I have ever come across and I’ve been a car owner for over 40 years. They are totally trustworthy, reliable and good communicators – they explain any problems really clearly. I’ve recommended them to all my friends and work colleagues and they have never disappointed.
