The whole experience was great. From chosing the bed and them holding it for 3 months for us!! Then the delivery guys omg they where amazing. We picked a superking bed without checking if it would fit up our stairs.
What a wonderful man with a fantastic attitude. Couldn’t have asked for a lovelier experience choosing a bed with my partner. We decided on a velvet olive 4’6 divan bed with 2 storage drawers, including the mattress. We were given 20% off for the boxing day sale and our order was processed with haste. Can’t complain, looking forward to getting our new bed.

Recently bought a really comfy king size mattress to replace one previously bought here years ago. The young lady in the showroom was exceedingly friendly and helpful. And with the order placed we were able to choose a delivery slot and the guys delivered spot on time. They were excellent-even brought their own shoe covers to protect the carpet!
We’ve had an excellent experience with Robinsons Beds: friendly, personal attention by email and phone, careful but not intrusive help when reviewing beds in the showroom, and they were able to provide a mattress with bespoke build up and at an awkward size to meet our needs.
We are absolutely thrilled with our wall panel headboard and ottoman bed. The service provided by Robinsons is second to none. The quality and finish of our new bed and headboard is outstanding. Very competitively priced too.
