I had an appointment booked today for laser IPL to get some small veins on my face removed. As soon as Sandra found out that I was about to fly abroad she suggested against it. I find it so refreshing that she has the best intention/interest for the wellbeing of her clients even though it means no treatment = no income. Thank you Sandra.

Treated myself to a massage… whilst the service itself was lovely & the staff super friendly. There was a lot of banging and moving boxes in the hallway and could clearly be heard in the room I was receiving treatment- not very relaxing during a massage!
My daughter had her ears pierced at House of Beauty and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for her. Fiona was lovely and friendly and helped calm any nerves, she was also wonderful for aftercare. A fantastic place, will definitely be returning for treatments for ME next time.
Marilyn did my eyelash lift and did a gel on my toe nails. She was such lovely and amazing company. I am so so so in love with my eyelashes and nails will 100% be returning.

After major research, and mostly coming up with bigger beauty salons, I found Beauty Haven with its magical 5 stars across the board. I have been to Bally for 3 sessions of lazer, and let me just say that this woman knows what she’s doing. The advice and knowledge she provides is next to none. I have had amazing results, life changing results at that. If you are considering going, then please please go, it’s incredible and I will continue to travel across the city to go here.
I had been having expensive laser hair removal treatments in clinics in Glasgow City Centre with very poor results. When a friend recommended Beauty Haven I was really surprised at how much cheaper the laser sessions were and how much longer they lasted. That was in 2012 and I’ve been a client of Bally’s ever since.
Not to be dramatic but actually life changing! Bally is just incredible at what she does, very professional, lovely salon and always makes sure you fully understand the procedure. I had laser hair removal and my only regret is not getting it sooner! It’s incredible! Would highly recommend.
