A wonderful experience at this lovely place. Big shout out to Tom – who was a great host and very welcoming. Right from the start to the end of the stay he was there to make sure our stay was enjoyable.
Double booked accommodation, not once but twice! Was literally thrown out of the secondary accommodation as Tom the owner had once again overbooked! He and his wife were incredibly rude and aggressive and literally evicted 4 pensioners all over the age of 70 (one was 82!) and in the rain!!! No help to find them alternative accommodation. Terribly traumatic experience. Breakfast was also awful. Avoid at all costs! Not good at running a business and terrible lack of manners and care. AVOID.
Nice room. I liked the atmosphere real old fashioned b&b feeling. Nice breakfast together with fellow guests. Bit remote from the city centre although you can walk there in 25 min

We stayed in the CRM suite and it was as stunning as it claims. The room was gorgeous, the bed was comfortable with lovely crisp sheets. Lorraine was a superb hostess, and makes a mean breakfast. Excellent value for money. Highly recommend.
We really enjoyed our stay at 15. Lorraine was extremely helpful – providing local site seeing and transportation information. Delicious breakfasts, clean and spacious accommodations and a great location (check out the amazing 5 March restaurant around the corner) make 15 a great choice if you are staying in Glasgow.

This room and house is perfect for the guest. Loraine(owner) is kind and her breakfast was wonderful. So delicious. All of the memories regarding this house were excellent.
If I visit Glasgow again, I’ll stay here definitely.

Welcome to Seton House – an ideal location for Glasgow City, outdoor activities and transport links. Owners Eric and Leslie live in the house and our aim is to ensure you have a great stay. The house retains Victorian architectural features but we’ve upgraded it to provide modern comforts such as King beds in all double rooms, smart TV’s, fibre WiFi and USB charging ports. Book direct on our site for best rates or you can also call us to book. We are a 20 minute flat walk from the city centre.Our local suburban area has nearby Glasgow Green (1 mile away) and Alexandria Park (0.5 miles away) which are great for walking or cycling. Thepark has a free nine hole municipal Golf course and small mountain bike trail. From Glasgow Green you can cycle along the river walk to the city centre and West End.

You won’t find a warmer welcome , more comfortable stay or better value for money than the Seton. Eric and Leslie are such nice people. The B+B was ideally situated for my visit to the Emirates Arena, but its only a short bus ride into town. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained, and breakfast was freshly made to individual taste. You couldnt find a better place for a short stay in Glasgow.

Lovely, peaceful location and easy walk into city centre. Eric and Leslie, the hosts, are absolutely lovely – nothing’s too much trouble. And the breakfast is wonderful! So glad we found it – our new Glasgow base.
A home away from home run by a lovely welcoming couple. The breakfast was delicious and the room was very comfortable. This place will be my first choice if I am in Glasgow again.
