We bought two Bergaumont bikes from here about two months ago – absolutely superb!! – Scott was extremely thorough in making sure my wife and I chose the RIGHT bikes – he has the stock and clearly has the knowledge. – took us for a “trial run and demo” before uplifting them. Really would strongly encourage anyone thinking of buying Ebikes to think of going here before ANY of the perhaps better known “bike shops”
This is THE place to find out about e-bikes and work out what options will be best for you. Scott is very knowledgeable and takes time to identify best model/price for your needs. A test-ride up the hill is the point of no return! And John provides brilliant after sales service. We’ve had our bikes for over 2 years now and we love ‘em.
My fantastic Simplon E-Bike fell over while on holiday and damaged the rear derailleur so some gears were slipping. Booked it into “Love E-Bikes” and dropped it off at 10 this morning. Scott & John were there and said go have a coffee and come back in 30 minutes. Returned after a lovely coffee in “Meadow Road” nearby as recommended by Scott to find my bike all sorted…and no charge! What brilliant service! Can’t recommend “Love E-Bikes” highly enough. Thanks guys.

Great service and prices. had a dodgy bottom bracket that I thought needed replaced. work was completed quickly and it didn’t need replaced but James was v communicative and honest about what needed done and told me everything he did to fix it. brilliant wee shop and I’ll be back soon to get my other bike sorted.
Never had a bad or sketchy repair by James. He’s extremely knowledgable and the service and quality of repairs is outstanding. Highly recommend.
Dealt with them a couple times – help with changing bike tyres and a bike service. Was really pleased with the results each time, and my ancient bike felt like new after the service.
