Amazing. My. Son and his friends go here to learn boxing. I went for my first lesson, post chemo, post radiation, bones aching, I needed to feel. Stronger. And I came out feeling invincible. Will is a really patient but firm instructor.
Good place to learn boxing, experienced trainers and pub underneath the gym. Overall, is a good place to visit for a drink in the pub or to learn boxing.

Kynoch Boxing was founded in 2018 by Sam Kynoch. Sam traded in a career as a Corporate Lawyer with Scotland’s largest Commercial Law firm in 2013 to work full-time in the boxing industry. Sam has been involved in boxing management and promotion since 2008. Scotland’s biggest boxing gym which is located in Glasgow. The gym is kitted out with two boxing rings and more than 50 punchbags. Kynoch Boxing manage the largest stable of boxers in Scotland. Kynoch Boxing promote more events in Scotland than any other promoter. First class Gym that is well equipped ideal for Boxing and keep fitters and other sports training.
i’m not a boxer i just mess about a wee bit but through family/friends i’ve been around gyms most my life and most are held together with gaffer tape and good intentions, maybe a few old heavy bags, one trainer and not much else, obviously this isn’t always the case but it’s common enough.
It’s been 3 weeks since I’ve started, I’ve trained in kickboxing, thai and Mixed martial arts gym’s. This is by far my favourite in central Scotland. Great atmosphere, no ego’s just feel good training. Highly recommend trying it for a class.

Great boxing gym with knowledgeable coaches. The gym has a very good atmosphere and is one of the most welcoming boxing gyms I’ve been to.
This gym has changed my approach to living and fitness. I cant thank Bernie enough for the drive and determination he shows me which makes me want to do better and be better to help the people close to me. Fitness is the key to most things. If your fit enough you can achieve whatever you want.
