My wife bought a Laptop around 4 months previously from Allan, for a Ukrainian refugee we have staying with us and he was very helpful with this and the refurbished laptop was good value and has worked well and reliably since.
Excellent service from Allan. Originally looked to repair two PC stacks, during service updated software and changed basic components to try and resolve issues. Decided he had not concluded a repair to sufficiently say they were fixed, took no fee for his time.
Looking for a decent laptop with best in class specs and overall a good package, you should go ahead with Glasgow Laptops. I got a great deal within my budget and received a decent laptop. Went to Glasgow Repairs yesterday with my ps5 and was delighted with the service. Almost two hours was spent there and then trying to fix my device to which the problem was discovered and triple checked to ensure I didn’t leave with a faulty console. Turned out to be a faulty booster🤣The service was excellent, friendly and to a great quality. I have already recommended it to many friends and have taken there cards to hands out. Will certainly be back with my laptop and any technical issues in the future.
Cant recommend this place enough. I must have messaged 10-15 places all over Glasgow to have my projector looked at for an electrical fault and was met with a response of ‘We don’t look at projectors’. David was the only one who offered to at least take a look and recognise that it was a thermal issue and sort it out for me. I’ve waited a while to see if any issues persisted after the fix but it’s run flawlessly since. Hopefully I never need to have any more electronics repaired but if I do this will be the first place I go.
Great customer service! Had been struggling with controller connectivity for my PS5 and had purchased controllers thinking this was the issue. When I brought my PS5 in today after a long time of frustration of getting it to work, it ended up being my booster that was the issue. Couldn’t have asked for anymore help and it was sorted on the day which was even better. Will be coming here for any issues I have in future, and would highly recommend to anyone having issues with any consoles etc.
