Michelle and the staff are lovely and always make you feel so welcome and relaxed. I’ve had my lips done by Michelle a few times now and have always been so pleased and love how natural, yet fuller they look. I have been attending Essence Medical for a number of years now and I cannot rate Dr Bong any higher. From my initial consultation, it was clear that Dr Bong was exceptionally knowledgeable about aesthetics and gave me advice about the treatment I was seeking. I was most impressed when he advised me about treatments that I thought I wanted/ needed and said in fact they wouldn’t give me the desired outcome or the difference would be so minimal that they wouldn’t be worth it.
I have been a client of Dr Bongs for some time now and cannot fault his professionalism and skill as a practitioner.
