I recommend this clinic because of their caring approach to their patients. I recently went through a bereavement and could not attend some appointments and they were very understanding. I was meant to have a crown fitted in October and the dentists and staff showed great and empathic understanding of my situation.
I had an appointment with Dr Dean Schum who examined my mouth, highlighted some issue’s then clearly explained some treatment options.
The team are always helpful and approachable. Ryan has taken great care to make sure any dental troubles I had were dealt with super efficiently and expertly. Top class.

I’ve had excellent treatment at this dental practice. Recently being treated by Dr Jandoo, who has provided brilliant care. He is also a very good listener and communicator, putting clear treatment plans in place for tackling longer term tooth issues. Would highly recommend this dentist.
A few weeks ago i had an emergency with my back teeth and they accepted to treat me. The treatments i had were totally pain free and o could be happier with the results.
I thoroughly recommend Dr Jandoo and his team at West Dental. I used to be terrified of visiting the dentist but Dr Jandoo’s calm and friendly manner has got me to a point where I feel completely relaxed. I like his approach to trying to prevent future problems as well as addressing current ones, and over the last year I have had some significant work using composite bonding to repair badly worn enamel on many of my teeth as well as whitening to improve their appearance. I am delighted with the results – not only do my teeth look much better, but the problems I was experiencing with sensitivity prior to treatment have gone.

Great experiences at Urban dental. All the staff are really friendly and welcoming. My daughter was very anxious and every member of staff went above and beyond to reassure her and make her appointment go smoothly. For my treatment the dentist has been wonderful. Clearly explaining all my options – both with NHS and private treatment. Our whole family are really pleased with the level of service and treatment at Urban dental. There is also always a really warm welcome at reception – nothing is too much hassle. Would highly recommend.
So grateful to have found this dentist after trying a few in my first few years in Glasgow. Everyone is super lovely and welcoming, and I now travel in 40 mins for appointments cause it’s so worth it!
Really positive experience at this practice. All the staff, from the receptionist to the clinical team, are so personable, extremely professional and thorough.
