Only had positive experiences so far with PPM. My company supplies services throughout their portfolio of properties. I’ve been impressed with the upkeep of their assets and maintenance regime. As much as they made sure we were right for them before handing us any contracts we only do business with people we trust and have the right values.
We have recently changed factors and I have found Park Property Management to be highly satisfactory, particularly in terms of communication. Emails are answered quickly and efficiently and any issues have been dealt with promptly and effectively. Park PM guided us through the transition process, which was greatly appreciated and although it is still early days in terms of using their services, I have so far been delighted with them!
Park Property are definitely the best factors around. I have dealt with them many times over the years. Scott O’Brien, Scott Cochrane, Claire & Tom are all very pleasant & helpful.
