Welcome to Meat Joint Glasgow, we are a family owned Scottish Steakhouse located on Sauchiehall Street. The new family run Scottish steakhouse has taken over a beautiful space previously occupied by Malaga Tapas, offering up a fine dining experience with locally sourced produce and meat. Our perfectly curated menu with some new twists on traditional Scottish dishes, can be viewed here, includes several cuts of Aberdeen Black Angus meat, including Cote de Boeuf, Fillet, Sirloin and the ‘Butler Steak’, as well as Chateaubriand and Tomahawk steaks. We are also serving up Sunday roasts, with a fillet of beef or roast chicken and all the trimmings, for £18 per person or £9 for kids. Come and join us for a true steakhouse experience in our relaxed, tranquil, and welcoming restaurant, full of charm.

One of the easiest 5 star reviews I’ve ever given. Mark was friendly and welcoming and the food was incredible. I must admit before we went we wondered if the prices might just be a little high, but the food was worth every penny. Heartily recommend.

Big thanks for kitchen crew for preparing those incredible steaks. We highly recommend this place for tender, juicy and delicate meat as well as lovely service. Both Anna and Mark were super friendly and smiley, thank you for having us.

Small intimate steakhouse on Sauchiehall Street (across from the dental hospital). Food was fantastic – beautifully presented and all cooked to perfection. Staff were all friendly and attentive. Worth booking as it has limited seating.

We have decided to give our Cutler Team a well-earned break from Sunday 8th January 2023 until Wednesday 1st February 2023. Great first visit and will be back again. T-Bone cooked medium rare and scallops cooked to perfection. Mussels to start Steve’s in a bloody Mary sauce which was delicious!

We had a brilliant dinner and could clearly see a lot of attention to detail in the restaurant. The food was of a high quality you’d expect to get in a city centre restaurant. Would recommend to anyone.

Quality steaks, I don’t thinks so, average, sorry but had better.

First time back since covid, love it! The food is amazing, dynamite prawns are the best anywhere, the selection of steaks are super butterfly chicken is awesome, and the menu as a whole is fantastic. The staff are super nice & really look after you. Highly recommended.

The steak itself was a good size and cooked EXACTLY how I asked. The steak was piping hot when it arrived and tasted much better than I expected. It was full of flavour and thick, as I would expect from any good quality steakhouse. I recommend anyone dining should ask for the House Special sauce, it’s really good.

The steak was cooked to perfection. I asked for it rare and that’s how it came. It was basted to perfection. The buttery peppery goodness just melted in the mouth. Absolutely could not fault the steak at all. The mushroom and garlic sauce was delicious as well.
