First class experience from start to finish. I was well advised on different destinations and so we made a great choice. Experienced and knowledgeable travel agent who explained all the covid travel requirements etc and she made sure we were all prepared in good time, so no stress for us and any questions we had we just had at any time in the run up to the holiday, we just had to ask and we were helped, no problem at all. Really friendly staff who were so genuinely happy to help. Everything went smoothly and I am ready to book our next adventure so will be 100% using TUI.
Overwhelming impressed with the great customer service, assistance and great manners received from the staff member Jay. Jay asked us what we’d like to do whilst on holiday, the type of holiday and was able to to provide us with all the information to our questions. He was able to provide us with a great hotel and flights and we are really looking forward to our booked holiday. I would definitely recommend and we will continue to book through Jay at this store in the future. An asset to TUI.
Staff here are brilliant and always go out of their way to make sure they get you the holiday that ticks every box. Every time I go in there is a smiling friendly face at the desk that acknowledges loyal customers! The foreign exchange box always has great stock of exotic currencies on hand that I struggle to get last minute 😀 best travel agency in the town.
